The Old Library. Sidney
No puedo hablaros de la calidad de su comida, porque mis pies aún no han hollado suelo australiano, y yo de gastronomía cero patatero. Sin embargo, estoy segura de que estaría muy a gustito en este espacio tan auténtico, antigua iglesia fundada en 1908, reconvertida en biblioteca en los años 70 y re-reconvertida hace unos 5 años en restaurante de referencia en Sidney. Y si encima me dan bien de comer ni os cuento… Felicidad total. El proyecto de reforma del local corrió a cargo del estudio Hecker Guthrie (si tenéis un ratito, echadle un vistazo a sus proyectos.). Ah, y el restaurante se llama, cómo no, The Old Library · I haven’t had the opportunity to taste their food, so I can’t say anything about the quality of this Sidney restaurant, ancient church built in 1908 and library from the 70s until the actual owners transformed this space in what it is now, with the help of Hecker Guthrie architects, but I’m pretty sure that I could be really comfortable there.
