Pocas veces sucede, pero a veces no tengo más remedio que empezar a mostraros una casa por el baño. Y es que baños como este merecen un monumento solo para ellos. O un par de posts…. Nuestro piso perfecto de hoy está en un edificio de 1914 y la reforma ha corrido a cargo del arqutecto Borja Puras Vázquez de Prada. Está lleno de ideas ingeniosas, de mezclas bien pensadas, de vintage, de luz. Disfrutadlo y ¡feliz semana!. Todos los detalles los encontraréis en la imprescindible web de la revista española Nuevo Estilo. [] I don’t often use a photo of a bathroom to start a post of a perfect place but this time I’m sure it deserves this privilege. Just the tub deserves a post for itself. Well, this amazing, bright apartment is in a building from 1914 and the reformation project is signed by spanish architect Borja Puras Vázquez de Prada. Bueno, creo que hoy el título lo dice todo. La interiorista y archiconocida bloguera australiana Anna Spiro cada día me sorprende y maravilla más. Basta con ver su recién diseñada colección de papeles para la firma Porters Paint para darse cuenta que Anna tiene un estilo propio, y que es capaz de dar a cada proyecto que emprende un sello característico, único. Genial. [] Less to add to the title. Interior designer and wellknown blogger Anna Spiro is a genius. And well, I’m LOVING her brand new wallpapers for australian brand Porters Paint. I actually love anything she does. Such a pity they’re sold in Australia (can’t figure out shipping prices for Spain =S)

Al igual que la casa perfecta nº 27, la nº28 también está en España y tiene un gran salón-comedor con pared de ladrillos originales (vale, la 27 los tenía de piedra). Este loft madrileño de 270m2 es el hogar de Valeria Loewe y su marido. Y esos ladrillos de la pared, que descubrieron al hacer la reforma integral del espacio, con al parecer las antiguas canalizaciones del Canal de Isabel II. Un trozo de historia dentro de casa, vaya. Por lo demás, puede que esta casa disfrute del baño abuhardillado más impresionante del mundo. Ya me contaréis qué os parece… [] Once again, and as it happened with The Perfect Apartment #27, number 28 also has original brick/stone walls in the living dining area. Besides, both homes are in Spain. The thing is that these gorgeous brick walls are actually a piece of history, as they belong to the part of the water Channel of Isabel II. I almost forgot to tell you: in this Madrid loft lives Valeria Loewe (yes, from the Loewe family) and her husband. Lucky people indeed.
