Un piso neoyorkino poblado de obras de artistas tan conocidos como Francis Bacon, Jeff Koons o Andy Warhol, un vestidor lleno de chaneles, joyas vintage de Cartier -y compañía- y hasta un traje de torero de verdad, regalo de boda. El piso de una pareja de moda y de la high society local (ella, psiquiatra y de muy buena familia y él un hombre de negocios vinculado al mundo inmobiliario…), donde, aunque pueda parecer mentira, viven también sus hijos de corta edad. No me quiero ni imaginar lo que mis hijos harían con esas cajas al pie de la escalera ni con el flotador (ups, perdón, quería decir «magistral obra de arte contemporáneo») que cuelga en un rincón del salón… Supongo que los tendrán bien aleccionados. Yo me quedo con el sofá circular y con esa terraza donde la pareja celebró una boda íntima el verano de 2005. Qué delicia. [] This NYC home has its rooms filled with pieces of well known artists such as Francis Bacon, Jeff Koons or Andy Warhol, and the closets with vintage Cartiers and Chanels… not to mention the amazing matador outfit in the library area… The owners (she & he), live here with their children of very short age. I’m wondering how can they manage with some of these, let’s say, «special» pieces of art like the Campbell boxes or the dog hanging from the ceiling in the living… I adore the round shaped sofa and also the terrace, where the couple celebrated their marriage in a summer day in 2005.
